Individual Therapy
Rediscover, reclaim, and recreate your true self by clearing out the past for a better future.
Of recent, what we once defined as trauma has expanded from what is commonly known as Post post-traumatic stress Disorder, PTSD to include but not limited to negative or Adverse Childhood Experiences or, ACEs. These experiences may have occurred in the past but continue to in many ways direct behaviors, influencing moods and contributing to diagnoses.
Many other unwanted experiences are completely unrecognized as negative and as such they have not reached the level of the clinical definition of trauma but impact our lives, these could include relationships, child and parent wounds, work-related traumas, grief, and loss, or adjusting to organic changes in life.
In one form or another adapting to negative experiences can force one to become limited to surviving and not thriving.
